How do I cancel?
We would hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your Bunker subscription you can do so through your member portal in your Account area, or you can ask us to cancel by email support@theoptionarmy.com . If you wish to cancel your registration to a Saturday Session, please do so prior to the Live start time. You can do so at support@theoptionarmy.com or your Member Portal for a full refund.

Can I use my Bunker subscription or Course purchases as a reimbursable business expense or for my personal taxes?
That’s a personal decision but we understand that many subscribers are using this as an expense they submit. When you register for the courses or The Bunker you will be emailed a receipt. If you require further direction we recommend asking your accountant.

I purchased courses and a Bunker subscription somewhere else, what do I do now?
If you purchased either a monthly, annual Bunker subscription through Dela House Trading in 2023, or have the Bunker subscription as part of a course bundle purchase through Delta House trading 2023, please contact support@theoptionarmy.com so we can set you up with a new Bunker account. We will honor and grandfather in the Bunker portion of your purchase for the remaining months from time of original Delta House Trading course bundle purchase.

I purchased course training and have questions can you help me?
Brian was a content contributor to Delta House Trading and recorded a 5 series Options Trading Course.. The Option Army has no affiliation with Delta House Trading. If you have any questions for them about the courses please contact them www.deltahousetrading.com . If you have any questions as it relates to course content, please submit your questions in the #questions section of Discord, and someone from The Option Army will likely help you.

FAQ: Saturday Sessions

Can I jump in at any level?
Yes. We currently have 2 Series: Introduction and Applications. There are 2 sessions within each series. Check out the class descriptions to see what topics are best suited to your needs.

Do I have to be there live?
No. All sessions are recorded and will be available after each class. However, the instructor recommends you do your best to attend the live sessions to allow for interaction and questions and best learning results.

Will there be Recordings & Reference Materials?
Yes. Each session will be recorded. There will be reference materials, exercises and quizzes available depending on which Series you register for.

Do I have to purchase an entire Series or can I just and choose classes?
The Sessions are available in 2 session blocks. They are designed to build upon each other, and reference each other. Currently we are selling the classes per Series.

Who will be the instrutor?
Brian is the instructor for both the Introduction and Applications course. He may on occasion bring in a substitute teacher. We guarantee 75% of all series will be taught live but it is our intention to teach 100%. In the event of illness or special case, a session will be recorded and made available as soon as possible.

Can I cancel and get a refund?
If you need to cancel prior to getting started you may do so through your member login or support@theoptionarmy.com for a full refund, prior to the Series starting.
If you are not happy with the sessions for any reason once you have gotten started, please contact support@theoptionarmy.com and we will cancel and issue a refund for the balance of sessions.

Do I have to pay for these Series if I purchased courses from Delta House Trading?
Yes. The Option Army Saturday Sessions Series are not part of any Delta House Trading products. Each Option Army Saturday Sessions Series requires registration.
FAQ: The Option Army Discord Server

What is Discord?
Discord is a text & voice app used by tens of millions of people to hang out and communicate with other people in their communities. The Option Army has a community server within Discord, which is accessible by invite only. While everyone is welcome to join the public space within our server, everyone is required to agree to rules of conduct. Within The Option Army Discord server, we also have private channels which are available only to subscribers.

How do I join The Option Army Discord server?
To join us on Discord, follow these steps:
1. Go to Discord.com and download the app to your device.: https://discord.com/
2. You will be requested to verify your email address and select a Username or nickname
3. Once you have joined the app, you can now join our Option Army server with this invite link: https://discord.gg/7zJUqgRPSQ
4. Once you are directed to our server, you will be ‘onboarded’. You will be asked to agree to the rules of conduct, as well as asked a few questions about you and shown a few of the essential channels to visit.
5. If you are a Bunker subscriber, or a Series course registrant, please email support@theoptionarmy.com with your Username so we can grant your role access to the private channels.
6. We HIGHLY recommend you go to your user settings within discord and turn OFF Friend Requests and turn OFF DM’s. This is to stop any impersonators and scammers targeting investment communities attempting to fraudulently set you up with fake broker accounts.
7. Please go to the #announcements channel to familiarize yourself with important announcements.

Anything I should be aware of?
. 1. DO NOT ever send money or crypto to anyone on Discord. Ever.
2. The Option Army admin account, and Brian Wilson account will NEVER try to DM you or Friend Request you on Discord. If someone who looks like us does attempt to friend request you, please BLOCK and report.
3. As stated above, we recommend you turn OFF your friend requests and DM’s within your user settings. There are instructions in the #announcements channel how to do so.

I can't see all of the channels how come?
The General channel is open to everyone. The Bunker channel is only available to Bunker Subscribers. And the Series channels are only available to the Saturday Sessions registered Series Students.

I have a Bunker subscription, how can I see the Bunker channel on Discord?
Please email support@theoptioarmy.com with your Discord Username, so we can upgrade your access to these channels. We need to match your username to you client account, which is why we need you to email us.

What should I not do?
Do NOT accept Friend Requests or DM’s from anyone. Especially impersonator accounts of The Option Army and Brian Wilson. Brian and The Option Army Admin will NEVER Friend Request you.
Do NOT EVER transfer money or crypto to anyone via Discord. It is highly likely a scam.

How many live morning Bunker sessions are there each year?
The Bunker runs from Monday - Friday, except during National Holidays. The approximate number of Live sessions over a 12 month rolling period is 250.

How often can I expect Brian on The Bunker meetings?
For 2024 Brian has committed to 75% of live time of The Bunker each year. So, Over a 12 month period of approximately 250 business days (net of National Holidays) Brian will host 185 Live sessions. Of the other 65 sessions, Brian will either have the sessions recorded or have a Guest Host sub in for him.

Can I share my Bunker link with someone else??
No, thank you. Respectfully for the other subscribers and ourselves we kindly ask that you keep your links and your logins private. We currently have a unique login to The Bunker calls each week so as to avoid abuse of link sharing, but not to overwhelm you with daily links or a unique user link per call. We really would prefer not to go that security route of unique links, so if you could work with us to continue with a weekly meeting link, we would sincerely appreciate your good faith efforts. What is The Option Army?
The Option Army is an Options Trading Community interest site. We focus on trading education, news and analysis. We do this through paid services including our daily Bunker & the Saturday session, but also through our free Discord channel. We focus on the AG markets

What services do you offer?
The Option Army offers a community chat services through our Discord server. We also offer a monthly paid subscription service to The Bunker, a pre-market news & analysis live morning web call. As well we offer training on our Saturday Sessions. We provide email updates, introductions to industry podcasts.

No. The Option Army and it’s team and services offered are not Financial Investment advisors or tools. The Option Army is community site that offers education, analysis and a safe space for people to discuss Options trading.
